Properly loading and securing the following in vans
Cargo that is being transported in vans must often be unloaded at several different destinations. This requires a clear and carefully thought-out plan from the very beginning.
Despite high flexibility, the greatest possible degree of cargo safety must be guaranteed.
- The van must be in perfect condition.
- All transportation regulations must be complied with.
- Packing guidelines are mandatory.
- Use anti-slip materials.
- If possible, the cargo must be secured with blocking ("form-fit securing").
- Keep the overall center of gravity as low as possible, with heavy shipping units at the bottom and lighter ones at the top.
